2 The standard variable APR for purchases on Citi PremierPass Card is either 10.24% Rate 1, 13.24% Rate 2 or 16.24% Rate 3 based on our review of your application and credit history. The standard variable APR for purchases on Citi PremierPass Card -Elite Level is 12.24% Rate 1, 14.24% Rate 2 or 16.24% Rate 3 in that order based on our review of your application and credit history. The standard variable APR for cash advances is 21.99%. However, if you default under any Card Agreement, we may automatically increase the rate on balances (including promotional balances) to a variable default rate of 29.99%. The minimum finance charge is $0.50. The balance transfer fee is 3% of the amount of each balance you transfer, $5 minimum. Fee for Foreign Purchases- 3% of the U.S. dollar amount of each purchase made outside the U.S., whether made in U.S. dollars or in a foreign currency. The cash advance transaction fee is 3% of amount of advance, with a minimum of $5.00. Annual fee of $75 applies to the Citi PremierPass Card Elite Level and $0 for the Citi PremierPass Card.

Airline participation in the complimentary travel program varies from market to market and is based on airline controls and availability. Passenger is responsible for all fees, taxes and charges incurred with the travel and must make reservations through Spirit Incentives. Details will be provided upon cardmembership.
