The Lost Wallet Service can help make your life easier when it seems to be upside down. If your card has been lost or stolen, we'll close your account, open a new one and issue a new Citi Diamond Preferred Card, usually within 24 hours.3 We'll also provide you with emergency cash, depending on your available credit and cash advance limits, as well as information to help you replace
other important documents, like your driver's license or passport.
Citi Photocard offers you added security and a convenient form of photo identification by putting your picture on the front of your Citi Diamond Preferred Card.
With our Virtual Account Numbers, you can make purchases online without ever putting your account number on the Web. If you enroll, every time you make an online purchase with your Citi Diamond Preferred Card a substitute credit card number can be generated to take the place of your real account number. You may not enjoy paying your bill, but at least you can do it at a time that's convenient for you. Simply change your billing date to coincide with your payday or the time of the month you pay your bills - whether that's the beginning, middle or end of the month. You can choose to receive your statement online instead of in the mail. It's free, easy and secure. We'll send you an email when your statement is ready, and if you want paper copies, you can print them from your computer. Just register at citicards.com and choose "Statements Online Only".
Your personal financial planning and record keeping is easier with an Annual Account Summary from your Citi Diamond Preferred account that organizes your spending by month and category. View your online summary at citicards.com or call Customer Service at year end to request one by mail. This great benefit is complimentary, as part of being a Citi Diamond Preferred Cardmember.
You'll save with at least 20 days' interest-free grace period on your purchases if you pay your balance in full each month by the due date.
Consolidate your other credit card balances onto your Citi Diamond Preferred Card. Pay your retail, gasoline and other credit card balances at a rate that could be a lot less than what you're paying now.
